What our drone coverage includes
Our commercial drone pilots shoot aerial stills and video of the home, the lot and the surrounding neighborhood. Every package (Silver, Gold and Platinum) comes with 6 drone/aerial photos. If you only need aerials, 6 MLS drone photos are $125 à la carte. On video packages the drone footage goes straight into your edit: our 30-second basic listing video combines aerial and ground footage, and our 60-second premium video includes drone too.
Aerials that show the lifestyle, not just the roof
Good aerial work tells buyers where the home sits. On recent shoots in Spring we captured a lake and golf course from above and the community amenities buyers get with the address. In Tomball we shot neighborhood aerials that show the street and the surrounding area. That context is hard to get across with ground photos alone, and it's often what makes a buyer stop scrolling.
Lots and land
Vacant land is almost impossible to sell without aerials. Our Lot/Land Plus package ($349) includes 15–20 ground and aerial photos, 3 property-outlined photos, a 30-second drone video with the property outline, an agent intro/voiceover, a listing website and a marketing kit. For a simpler listing, Lot Listing ($165) covers up to 15 ground and aerial photos.
