Floor plans are part of every package. Silver ($245) includes a basic floor plan, Gold ($525) includes a floor plan, and Platinum ($1,100) includes a floor plan and a Zillow 3D tour, plus premium video with agent intro and drone, virtual twilight, a marketing kit and a listing website.
